Steve Davis - Physiotherapist
Steven is an experienced physiotherapist offering a full range of treatments designed to improve musculoskeletal strength and mobility. Previous to physiotherapy, Steven was a personal trainer. He enjoys being in the gym and sharing his passion for strength and conditioning.
He enjoys working with people of all ages, treating a wide variety of conditions including sports injuries, general rehabilitation and chronic conditions. He believes in the importance of working one-on-one with his clients to achieve the best outcome for them.
Rebecca Sellwood - Physiotherapist
Rebecca is a highly experienced physiotherapist that brings with her a commitment to treating the cause of a complaint, not just the symptoms. She has worked for several years with the Australian Defence Force and knows how important it is to get people back to doing what they want to do in a timely and safe manner.
She brings a feminine touch to the practice, along with her knowledge of women’s health physiotherapy and passion for running gait analysis and treatment of overuse injuries.
Brett Cowling - Physiotherapist
Brett is a central coast local who graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Newcastle. He is passionate about working in a private practice setting, with a wide range of clients with musculoskeletal injuries or conditions.
He has a keen interest in injury assessment and diagnosis and believes in exercise-based rehabilitation to help clients achieve their goals. Brett has a particular interest in sport, having grown up surfing, long distance running and playing for local sporting teams including premier league soccer and touch football.
Emma Teneti - Receptionist
Emma has worked in allied health for a number of years. She is motivated, friendly and approachable. Emma handles all of our bookings and general inquires. Call Emma to make an appointment with one of our physiotherapists.
James Bowers – Massage Therapist
During his time as a Personal Trainer, Coach and Remedial Massage Therapist, James has developed a strong understanding of the importance of structure within the body and the detrimental impact that dysfunction and imbalance can have on performance. This has enabled him to effectively assess, tailor programming and provide strategies in order to enhance fitness, prevent risk of injury, and improve range of movement.
Over the course of his career to date, James has had the opportunity to work alongside and/or with Sporting Coaches/Trainers in a variety of settings including being a Sports Trainer and Assistant Coach for The Entrance Tigers Senior League. He has also worked alongside and/or with a number of allied health professionals which has allowed him to gain invaluable experience in both Fitness and Remedial/Sports Massage, as well as exposure to the different modalities of treatment used to provide effective rehabilitation and injury management.
